Alison brings her background in child development and hospitality to Schoolhouse Kitchen+Studio. She's a home educator that weaves cooking into the lesson plans to pique interests, connect, convey life skills, and bring learning to life. With a passion for empowering kids and making cooking accessible to students after-school, Alison helped launch mobile kitchen in 2023. To this day she runs our Mobile Kitchen Chicago programs!
